Mumbai (Maharashtra), June 8: Actress Shazahn Padamsee and businessman Ashish Kanakia celebrated their wedding with a glittering reception on Saturday evening, attended by family, friends, and Bollywood celebrities.
The newlyweds looked elegant, with Shazahn donning a stunning ivory lehenga and Ashish complementing her in a black embroidered sherwani. Celebrities like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Rajesh Roshan, and Ashutosh Gowariker joined the festivities to wish the couple well.
Shazahn, known for her roles in Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year and Housefull 2, tied the knot on June 5 in Mumbai. She took to Instagram a day later, sharing dreamy pictures from their wedding day with the caption: “This day. This feeling. Our forever ♾️.”
The intimate ceremony was attended by close family and friends and followed their roka ceremony held earlier in January 2025. The bride and groom wore ivory outfits designed by ace couturier Manish Malhotra for the wedding.

Shazahn is the daughter of the late theatre legend and adman Alyque Padamsee and singer-actress Sharon Prabhakar. Ashish Kanakia is the CEO of MovieMax Cinemas and a Director at Kanakia Group.
