New Delhi [India], February 17: After a 27-year wait, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is poised to return to power in Delhi. Following their victory in the recent assembly elections, where they secured 48 out of 70 seats, the party is preparing for the oath-taking ceremony of the new Chief Minister, which is expected to take place on February 20 at Ramlila Maidan. Although the CM nominee has yet to be announced, preparations for the event are already underway.

Prominent figures, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP Chief Ministers, Union Ministers, and other senior leaders, are set to attend the ceremony. According to sources, a final rehearsal for the event will take place tomorrow at 11 AM. On February 19, the BJP legislative party will convene to elect the new Delhi CM.

A meeting at the BJP headquarters, attended by National General Secretary Vinod Tawde and Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, was held today to finalize the arrangements for the event. Over 30,000 guests, including RSS leaders, spiritual Gurus, industrialists, celebrities, and BJP workers, will be in attendance. A cultural program featuring music and performances will precede the ceremony.

The oath-taking ceremony will mark the return of the BJP government in Delhi after nearly three decades, signaling a major shift in the political landscape of the capital.
