Ex-PoK ‘PM’ Anwarul Haq’s Shocking Statement On Delhi Car Blast, Admits Pakistan’s Hand In Explosion

A major controversy has erupted following a public admission by Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, the recently ousted ‘Prime Minister’ of Pakistan Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoK), who claimed responsibility for the deadly November 10 Red Fort car blast that killed 15 people in the Indian capital.

The admission, made during a speech in the PoK Assembly on Monday shortly after he lost a no-confidence vote, has gone viral on social media, providing a direct link between the blast and the official establishment in PoK.

The Viral Admission

In the shocking video clip, Haq—who lost the no-trust motion on November 17, 2025—can be heard explicitly linking the terror attack to retaliation against India’s security operations in Pakistan’s Balochistan province.

Chaudhry Anwarul Haq: “If you (India) keep bleeding Balochistan, we will strike India from Red Fort to the forests Kashmir, and our Shaheens have done it. They still can’t count the bodies.”

The term “Shaheens” (Eagles) is a common honorific used in Pakistan and by terror groups to refer to ‘martyrs’ or ‘freedom fighters.’ This is not the first time Haq has made such threats; in April this year, he had warned India, stating, “Tum Balochistan Mein Pakistaniyon Ke Khoon Se Holi Kheloge, Iski Kimat Tumhe Dilli Se Lekar Kashmir Tak Deni Padegi” (You will play Holi with the blood of Pakistanis in Balochistan; you will pay the price from Delhi to Kashmir).

ED Raids Target Terror Module’s Financial Hub

The explosive political statement coincided with a major crackdown on the alleged financial backing for the terror plot within India.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday morning conducted simultaneous raids at 25 locations in Delhi and Faridabad linked to the terror-tainted Al-Falah University in Haryana’s Faridabad.

The raids, conducted under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), targetted the university’s headquarters, its office in Okhla, and premises connected to its trustees and associated entities.

  • Terror Link: The Delhi blast suicide bomber, Dr. Muhammad Umar Un Nabi, an alleged member of a Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM)-linked ‘white-collar’ terror module, was employed as an assistant professor at the university. Two other doctors linked to the university are also suspects in the blast case.
  • Arrest: Following the day-long searches, the ED arrested Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui, Chairman of the Al-Falah group, under the PMLA, citing evidence of the diversion of “crores of rupees” by the trust to shell firms and family-owned entities.
  • Fraud Charges: The ED’s PMLA case is based on FIRs filed by the Delhi Police Crime Branch, which allege that the university made fraudulent and misleading claims regarding its UGC and NAAC recognition to illegally gain admissions and funds.

The coordinated action by the ED, NIA, and Delhi Police intensifies the probe into the financial, recruitment, and logistical network behind the Red Fort blast, highlighting the complex web of radicalization and funding involving educated professionals.
