New Delhi [India], December 5: Delhi Metro services on the Blue Line, specifically between Dwarka Sector 21 and Noida Electronic City/Vaishali, were regulated on Thursday morning following a reported theft and damage to signaling cables by miscreants between Moti Nagar and Kirti Nagar stations.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) issued an advisory, informing passengers that trains would run at restricted speeds in the affected section, leading to train bunching. However, services on the rest of the Blue Line remain unaffected.
In its update on social media, DMRC apologized for any inconvenience caused and assured passengers that repairs would be conducted during the nighttime after revenue services conclude. The issue was expected to be resolved by tonight.
