Assam[India]: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday said singer Zubeen Garg died while swimming without life jacket, according to the sources
The singer prominently known for his song ‘Ya Ali’ in ‘Gangster’, reportedly died after a scuba diving accident in Singapore on friday.
According to reports, he slipped into the sea while scuba diving with buddies on a cruise. Garg was taken to the hospital almost away, however it is said that he had a heart attack and died at 1:10 pm (IST).
The chief minister of Assam claimed that Singaporean officials are talking to the persons who were with the singer. Sarma further said that Zubeen Garg’s autopsy will be done on Saturday.
