August 10, 2025: Zanai Bhosle, a musician and the granddaughter of the famous Asha Bhosle, ended months of romance rumors by celebrating Raksha Bandhan with batsman Mohammed Siraj. Zanai posted a sweet video on Instagram of her tying a rakhi on Siraj’s wrist. This showed that they are still like brother and sister.
The video, which was shared on Saturday, showed the two having a happy conversation. Zanai wore a beautiful green salwar suit and did the traditional ceremony while Siraj, who looked quite happy in a white kurta-pyjama, received her blessings. At the end of the video, Siraj gave her a shagun ka lifafa, which was a nice moment. Zanai wrote “Ek hazaron mein💫❤️” as the title of the post. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.
In January, suspicions about the two dating started to spread after a picture of them talking during Zanai’s 23rd birthday party went viral. Zanai had posted a picture with Siraj on Instagram at the time, saying, “Mere pyaare bhai (my dear brother)✨🌸,” to make clear what kind of relationship they had. Siraj wrote back with a post almost as passionate, calling her his “behen” (sister).
The newest video has gotten a lot of different reactions online. Some people praised the couple for coming out publicly, while others made fun of how far they went to put the rumors to bed. Zanai is also becoming known as a singer. She has recorded many singles and performed with A.R. Rahman early this year.
