August 10, 2025: The clock is ticking down to the release of War 2, the highly anticipated movie starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR. The action thriller will be out on August 14, and the people who made it have already enabled advance ticketing for fans to get their tickets.
The announcement came out with a new action trailer that was full with explosions, offering fans another taste of the “carnage” to come. The new ad shows a lethal, high-stakes fight between the two superstars, which gets fans even more excited and makes them want to buy tickets. Ayan Mukerji is in charge of the movie, which is part of the YRF Spy Universe. It will be out in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
Bollywood Hungama said that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) asked for the film to be changed in a number of ways, both aural and visual. The adjustments included eliminating a two-second “obscene” gesture, replacing a “obscene” line, and muting “inappropriate references” in six spots.
A creative and fun marketing campaign has made the buzz around the movie even bigger. In a fun “war,” Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan have been sending each other funny messages on billboards. Jr NTR started by putting up a billboard outside Hrithik’s house with a funny challenge, and Hrithik later answered in kind.
