Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], July 31: The makers of the highly anticipated film War 2 have unveiled the movie’s first single, a romantic track titled ‘Aavan Jaavan’, showcasing the heartfelt chemistry between superstars Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. The song’s release coincides with Kiara Advani’s birthday today, July 31.
The team behind the superhit song ‘Kesariya’ has reunited for this romantic anthem from the Yash Raj Films banner. ‘Aavan Jaavan’ is sung by the soulful voices of Arijit Singh and Nikhita Gandhi, with music composed by Pritam and heartwarming lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
The groovy track features Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani in their “coolest ever selves,” as described by the makers. The song’s visuals are filled with romance, depicting the actors in various picturesque locations. Kiara Advani steals the show with her stunning looks, while Hrithik Roshan effortlessly commands the dance floor with his signature hook step.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, War 2 stars Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan in lead roles. The film’s trailer, released recently, offered a glimpse into the high-octane action and intense narrative. The two-minute and thirty-five-second trailer opens with a heartfelt monologue by Hrithik Roshan, hinting at his character’s decision to live as a “nameless, faceless shadow” to protect the nation. This is immediately followed by Jr NTR’s narration, expressing his commitment to “fight the battles of the nation which no one else can,” signifying his deep patriotism.
The trailer also showcased Jr NTR’s impressive physique and Kiara Advani’s dual role, appearing both glamorous while romancing Hrithik Roshan and formidable in action sequences, seen kicking and headbutting. The film is set to explore the clash between two Indian soldiers with contrasting ideologies towards patriotism.
Ayan Mukerji has seemingly pulled out all stops for the action sequences, with scenes ranging from fights on the roof of a moving train to the much-anticipated confrontation between Jr NTR and Hrithik Roshan in an ice cave, promising a blockbuster Bollywood action thriller.
