Intense public scrutiny over President Donald Trump’s health, recently amplified by news of him undergoing an MRI, has been further fueled by a viral photograph allegedly showing him using a walker in the White House.
However, the image—which circulated widely on unverified social media accounts—has been debunked as a digital fake or AI-generated picture. Fact-checkers and media analysts note that no credible news organizations or credentialed photographers have published the image, and a manipulated version featuring a golden walker also appeared online.
The fake photo emerged as the President vehemently reacted to the focus on his health. In a lengthy Truth Social post, President Trump suggested that raising questions about his fitness was “seditious, perhaps even treasonous,” calling the media outlets reporting on the subject “true Enemies of the People.”
