Fact-checkers and media analysts note that no credible news organizations or credentialed photographers have published the image, and a manipulated version featuring a golden walker also appeared online.
The fake photo emerged as the President vehemently reacted to the focus on his health. In a lengthy Truth Social post, President Trump suggested that raising questions about his fitness was “seditious, perhaps even treasonous,” calling the media outlets reporting on the subject “true Enemies of the People.”
