The former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar was seen engaging with young reel creators, mimicking Bollywood moves, and showcasing a playful, relatable side rarely seen from a top political figure.
The videos were shared by both Tejashwi Yadav and his sister, Rohini Acharya, on their social media handles, sparking a flurry of positive reactions from supporters. In one clip, the RJD leader is seen trying out trending dance moves and even copying Hrithik Roshan’s iconic steps with a group of youngsters.
From a Political March to an Impromptu Party
Tejashwi Yadav explained the impromptu gathering on X, stating that he had just concluded a 16-day Voter Rights Yatra and was out for a drive with his nephew when they came across the group of young artists. “When they insisted, we too tried our hand at it,” he wrote, adding that he is committed to walking “step in step with the expectations, aspirations, dreams, and hopes of the youth, rising above caste and religion.”
His sister, Rohini Acharya, amplified the viral moments, posting a video with the caption, “The heart is still a child, isn’t it… fun time @ Patna Marine Drive.” In another post, she highlighted Tejashwi’s informal interactions with the youth, where he was seen sipping Kulhad chai and discussing schemes from his time in the Bihar government.
