Viral Video of Man’s Incoherent Flood Rant Sparks Laughter And Concern On Social Media

PUNJAB – A video of a man trying to talk about the terrible flooding in Punjab has gone popular for no apparent reason. People on social media are fascinated by what he says, even though they can’t understand it. When a reporter asked the man about the accident, he gave a speech that was hard to understand and full of bad English. It was funny and confusing for anybody who saw it.

In the brief video, the man says things like “Flood is the Himalaya province of very rainfall” and the well-known saying, “You have been underestimated the intercourse.” He also talked about China and a “world war” in a peculiar way in his long commentary. His complete confidence in delivering the strange message has become a hot topic of discussion online.

People on social media have reacted with both laughter and appreciation for his unshakeable confidence. A user on X (previously Twitter) remarked, “This guy is the best at both geopolitics and weather activism!” “Someone please give me this level of confidence,” said one person. “Hats off!” People also praised the journalist for being patient and listening to the man’s long-winded story.

The video is funny, but it also shows how bad things really are in Punjab. The state’s worst floods since 1988 have caused a lot of damage. All 23 districts have been devastated, with more than 37 people dead and around 1,655 villages affected. Around 1.75 lakh hectares of agriculture have been flooded, and the losses in crops are thought to be around ₹850 crore.

A Mandi Board engineer said that the damage to rural roads, which are the “lifeline of villages,” has been huge. At least 80 bridges are no longer usable because of seriously damaged retaining walls, even if none have fully fallen. The state has been declared a disaster region, and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), the Indian Army, and other groups are helping with rescue and relief efforts.
