Patna (Bihar) [India]: Bollywood star Vicky Kaushal, currently on a promotional tour for his upcoming film ‘Chhaava’, made a stop in Patna and indulged in Bihar’s famous delicacy—Litti Chokha.

During his visit, the Raazi actor shared a series of pictures and videos on his Instagram, showcasing his enthusiasm while enjoying the traditional dish at a local street stall. His post, filled with excitement, read:

“Patna aakar Litti Chokha kaise miss kar jaayein??? Garda uda diya!” (How can one miss Litti Chokha when in Patna? It was amazing!).

The video captured Vicky relishing the dish and engaging with local fans, making his visit even more special.

About ‘Chhaava’

Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming film, ‘Chhaava’, is a historical period drama that tells the legendary story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, the valiant son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The film also stars Akshaye Khanna and Rashmika Mandanna in pivotal roles.

Speaking about the film’s challenges during an earlier promotional event in Jaipur, Vicky shared:
“A biopic needs a lot of preparation work not only for an actor but for the entire team. Working on a historical subject is really challenging because of the huge budget and creating a different era on screen. We have tried to make it as realistic as possible.”

He further elaborated on his intense preparation for the role, which involved:
Action training
Bodybuilding training
Historical research to accurately portray the era of 1681, when Sambhaji Maharaj’s reign began.

Upcoming Projects

After Chhaava, Vicky Kaushal is set to appear in the mythological magnum opus ‘Mahavatar’, where he will portray the legendary warrior sage Parashurama. The film is scheduled for a Christmas 2026 release.
