Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 10: With summer setting in, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is soaking up the sun and enjoying some sweet treats. On Thursday, the Bhediya star took to Instagram to share a cheerful update with his fans, posting pictures of himself enjoying “ice cream for lunch.”
In the snapshots, Varun is seen donning a vibrant blue bucket hat and sunglasses as he digs into a bowl of ice cream, clearly embracing the laid-back summer mood. “Who has ice cream for lunch? ME,” he captioned the post, delighting fans with his lighthearted vibe.
On the professional front, Varun has a packed schedule with multiple high-profile projects in the pipeline.
He will next be seen alongside Pooja Hegde in Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. Additionally, he is gearing up for Border 2, directed by Anurag Singh. The sequel to the 1997 war drama Border boasts a star-studded cast including Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty.
Another upcoming film is Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, where Varun will share screen space with Janhvi Kapoor. Initially slated for release on April 18, the film’s premiere has been postponed to September 12 due to undisclosed reasons. The movie is directed and written by Shashank Khaitan and also stars Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi. It is backed by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan under the Dharma Productions banner.
