Fans of Sunnyvale trailer park can officially rejoice: Trailer Park Boys is back! After more than six years off the air, filming has wrapped on Season 13 of the beloved Canadian comedy series in Nova Scotia, according to a report from Deadline.
The original trio—Robb Wells (Ricky), John Paul Tremblay (Julian), and Mike Smith (Bubbles)—are all returning for the new season. The news comes after Smith teased a revival on social media earlier this year, sparking widespread fan speculation.
The trio celebrated the news with their signature in-character humor. “Feels like it’s been a while,” Bubbles remarked. “Is this a f dream?” Ricky asked, while Julian declared, “We need to celebrate this sh*!”
A New Home and a Full Cast Return
The 10 new episodes will premiere exclusively on TPB+, a revamped version of the team’s SwearNet streaming platform. This relaunch is perfectly timed to coincide with the franchise’s 25th anniversary in April 2026.
In addition to the main trio, many familiar faces will be making a comeback. Returning cast members include Patrick Roach, Cory Bowles, Jacob Rolfe, Jeanna Harrison, Sarah Dunsworth-Nickerson, and Sam Tarasco, among others. The new season also introduces some fresh talent to the park, with new cast members including Deborah Grover, Jordan Prentice, Uppekha Jain, and Courtney Gilmour.
The series, which first launched in 2001, was created by Barry Dunn, Robb Wells, John Paul Tremblay, and Mike Clattenburg. After seven seasons and a holiday special on the Canadian network Showcase, Tremblay and Smith bought the rights in 2013 and went on to produce five more Netflix seasons, miniseries, animated spin-offs, and feature films.
Season 13 is directed by Ron Murphy, with Gary Howsam and Jonathan A. Walker serving as executive producers. Wells, Tremblay, and Smith are also heavily involved in the writing and production, with Aaron Horton producing. The new season is a collaborative effort produced in association with Blink49 Studios and backed by Canadian production funding bodies. International distribution will be handled by Rollercoaster Entertainment.
