Taylor Swift To Present At 67th Grammy Awards, Earns Six Nominations For ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ Album”

Washington D.C. [US], January 31: Pop sensation Taylor Swift has been confirmed as a presenter for the upcoming 67th Annual Grammy Awards, taking place on February 2, as announced by the Recording Academy on Thursday, according to Deadline. The specific category Taylor will present has yet to be revealed.

In addition to her presenting role, Swift’s eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, has earned six nominations this year. The star is in the running for the coveted Album of the Year award and could make history with a fifth win in this category, surpassing her previous record set with last year’s victory for Midnights.

Taylor has also received nominations for Best Pop Vocal Album, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Music Video, and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance (with Gracie Abrams) at the 67th Grammy Awards.

Having already won Album of the Year four times with Midnights, folklore, 1989, and Fearless, Taylor is tied with legends Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, and Paul Simon for three AOTY wins, but holds the record for the most AOTY trophies.

This year, she faces stiff competition in the Album of the Year category, with nominations for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter, Sabrina Carpenter’s Short and Sweet, and Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft. Swift, Carpenter, and Eilish are also competing for the Song and Record of the Year honors.

In December, Taylor wrapped up her highly successful Eras stadium tour, which spanned over a year and a half and took her to cities across the globe.

The 2025 Grammy Awards will be held on February 2 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, with comedian Trevor Noah hosting for the fifth consecutive year. The first wave of confirmed performers includes Chappell Roan, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Doechii, Raye, Benson Boone, Teddy Swims, Sabrina Carpenter, and Shakira, among others.
