Tamannaah Bhatia On Work-Life Balance: “It’s a Lie, Believe In Inner Balance”

July 24, 2025e: Tamannaah Bhatia, an actress, has spoken honestly and openly about the continuing industry-wide conversation about how to find a good work-life balance in the demanding world of cinema. She thinks that the idea of “work-life balance” that people talk about a lot is wrong. Instead, she thinks we should strive for a “inner balance.”

Tamannaah talked to ANI about her personal thoughts on the sidelines of India Couture Week. “I don’t believe in the idea of work-life balance. I think you need to be balanced, and then life and work will happen. The “Stree” actress stated, “If you are balanced, then work-life balance ho jata hai.” Her comments are part of a growing number of people in the film industry who are talking about long hours and the need for better work schedules.

Recent allegations that Deepika Padukone was leaving the Prabhas-starrer “Spirit” sparked a lot of interest in the issue about work hours. There were rumors that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga turned down Padukone’s request for an eight-hour workday. This led to a bigger discussion regarding fair and flexible working conditions, especially for performers who have other responsibilities, like being a new mother.

Tamannaah Bhatia, on the other hand, made a big impression at India Couture Week on Wednesday, where she was the muse for famous designer Rahul Mishra. The actress walked the runway in two stunning outfits from Mishra’s “Becoming Love” collection, which was inspired by Sufism and looked at the seven stages of love.

Tamannaah looked amazing in a tight floral gown for her debut appearance. The modern bodycon dress had detailed embroidery and delicate glam makeup, and the wet, wavy hair added to the ethereal, fairytale-like nymph look. Later, she looked like a picture of classic beauty in a lovely ivory lehenga with Rahul Mishra’s distinctive floral motifs and a smart halter-neck shirt. The lehenga, which had a beautiful depiction of plants and animals, showed off the designer’s careful work.

Tamannaah Bhatia is getting ready for her next movie, “VVAN: Force of the Forest,” a horror-thriller in which she stars with Sidharth Malhotra. The movie, which is based on Indian mythology and mysticism, will come out in theaters on May 15, 2026.
