Swara Bhaskar Is In ‘No Rush’ To Bounce Back, Prioritizes Motherhood Over Films

Swara Bhaskar, a Bollywood actress known for her tough characters in movies like Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhanaa, has indicated she doesn’t want to make any more movies for a while. In a recent interview, the actress honestly revealed that her priorities have changed a lot since she became a mom.

In September 2023, Bhaskar and her husband Fahad Ahmad had a baby girl named Raabiya. She stated she’s not “chasing” roles anymore and isn’t in a “rush to bounce back.”

“I don’t want to go outside.” The actress said, “It has been for me to say yes and be doing this show,” referring to her new reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga, which she is filming alongside her husband. “I still have to juggle while we’re filming,” I remark. “I’m nursing my baby.” It’s been challenging to find out who I am and what I want to do.

The actress stated, “I’m not chasing movies, I should,” to show how vital it is to her to offer her daughter a solid life. I’m working on getting my money in order. I guess that as a parent, you want your child to have a safe environment to live. I want to keep doing things, but I don’t want to hurry to become better. I don’t want to go back to any place. I have a daughter, and she will always be a part of my life. I am a mother, and I will always be a mother.

Veere Di Wedding in 2018 was Swara’s last big movie role. She has featured in movies like Jahaan Chaar Yaar (2022) and Sheer Qorma (2023) since then. She and her husband, whom she met at a rally and married in February 2023, are currently in the reality show Pati Patni Aur Panga with other notable couples.
