Orange Alert Issued in Himachal Pradesh
- The IMD issued an orange alert on February 27 for Chamba, Kangra, Kullu, and Mandi districts due to heavy snow and rainfall.
- According to Shimla-based IMD scientist Sandeep Kumar Sharma, the western disturbance has led to increased rain and snowfall activity in the region.
