The actress shared a lovely selfie of the two together on her Instagram and wrote a sweet note for Tahira, calling her an inspiration.
“Happy Birthday, darling @tahirakashyap! May your day be as beautiful and inspiring as you are. Here’s to great health and happiness always. Sending dher saara pyaar your way,” Shilpa posted.
On the professional front, Tahira made her directorial debut with the film Sharmajee Ki Beti, which premiered on Prime Video on June 28, 2024. The film, starring Sakshi Tanwar, Divya Dutta, and Saiyami Kher, explores the dreams and aspirations of middle-class women from diverse backgrounds.
Meanwhile, Shilpa was last seen in the Amazon Prime Video series Indian Police Force, directed by Rohit Shetty, alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi. She is also set to star in the upcoming multilingual action film KD: The Devil, which is scheduled for release in multiple languages, including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. The film is a period action drama based on events from 1970s Bangalore.
