The molestation case against self-styled godman Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati has taken a disturbing turn, with investigators uncovering evidence that paints a grim picture of his alleged crimes. Saraswati, who once headed the Shri Sharada Institute of Indian Management in Vasant Kunj, is accused of molesting at least 17 female students and faces multiple cases of molestation, cheating, and forgery in 2025.
Disturbing Finds in His Quarters
During searches at his residence inside the Vasant Kunj institute, investigators discovered:
- A sex toy
- Five pornographic CDs
- Three forged photographs showing Saraswati alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former US President Barack Obama, and David Cameron
The findings, according to police, expose the extent of deception by the disgraced ‘godman.’
Pattern of Exploitation
Police revealed that Saraswati often targeted women from weaker economic backgrounds, luring them with false promises of jobs, including roles as air hostesses. He allegedly used an international number to send inappropriate messages such as “baby, I love you” to victims.
DCP South West Amit Goel confirmed that many victims were approached with fraudulent offers of employment, which were then used to exploit them.
With mounting evidence, the case against Chaitanyananda Saraswati highlights a disturbing mix of sexual exploitation, forgery, and manipulation, shaking the image of yet another so-called spiritual leader.
