TIANJIN, CHINA – The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has strongly condemned the terrorist incident in Pahalgam on April 22. The leaders of all the member states signed a unified statement in which they expressed their condolences and asked for quick justice for those who were involved.
The proclamation says, “The Member States strongly condemned the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, 2025.” They sent their sincere regrets and sympathies to the families of the dead and injured. They also said that anyone who plan, carry out, or pay for these kinds of acts should be punished.
The SCO’s denunciation of terrorism is a big display of worldwide support against it. The SCO is a security-focused group that comprises China, India, Russia, Pakistan, and other countries. The statement stresses how important it is for everyone engaged in the attack, from the people who did it to the people who gave money or help, to be held accountable.
