‘RRR’ Lights Up London: Special Screening at Royal Albert Hall Features Live Orchestra and Star Attendance

London [UK], May 12: The global phenomenon ‘RRR’, starring NTR Jr. and Ram Charan, was celebrated in spectacular fashion with a special screening at London’s Royal Albert Hall on Sunday, May 11. The screening featured a live orchestral performance by the prestigious Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, offering fans a unique musical experience of the film’s acclaimed soundtrack.

The event was attended by the film’s lead stars Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, and visionary director SS Rajamouli, whose presence electrified the evening. The official X (formerly Twitter) handle of the RRR team shared a photo of the packed hall, captioned:

‘RRR’, a fictional tale inspired by real-life freedom fighters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem, has enjoyed unparalleled international acclaim. It made history as the first Indian film to win an Oscar for Best Original Song with the electrifying number ‘Naatu Naatu’, which also earned accolades at the Golden Globes and other prestigious global platforms.

The song was released in multiple languages — Hindi (Naacho Naacho), Tamil (Naattu Koothu), Kannada (Halli Naatu), and Malayalam (Karinthol) — and its Hindi version was performed by Rahul Sipligunj and Vishal Mishra.

Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, and Shriya Saran also starred in the film, which continues to inspire celebrations and screenings around the world, reaffirming its status as a landmark in Indian cinema.
