The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officially unveiled the Team India jersey for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 on Wednesday. The launch event took place during the innings break of the second ODI between India and South Africa at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Raipur.
The unveiling was a major spectacle, graced by BCCI top brass, including Secretary Devajit Saikia, Joint Secretary Prabhtej Singh Bhatia, and Vice-President Rajeev Shukla. Over 100 schoolchildren from Raipur were invited onto the field to help unveil a life-size replica of the new kit.
Later, ICC T20 World Cup ambassador Rohit Sharma, along with BCCI Secretary Saikia and player Tilak Varma, took the podium for the official presentation of the jersey, which is expected to sport a fresh design for the tournament.
