Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]: Fans eagerly awaiting the reloaded version of Allu Arjun’s blockbuster Pushpa 2: The Rule will have to wait a bit longer, as the release has been postponed due to technical issues. Initially scheduled to hit theatres on January 11, the updated version will now release on January 17.
The film’s makers took to X (formerly Twitter) to share the announcement, stating:
“Due to technical delays in processing the content, the reloaded version of Pushpa 2: The Rule is delayed. It will now screen in theatres from 17th January and not from 11th January as planned earlier. Happy Sankranthi everyone. The extended version will be worth the wait with additional whistle-worthy moments.”

The theatrical version of Pushpa 2: The Rule has already created history, surpassing Baahubali 2: The Conclusion to become the highest-grossing Indian film ever.
Celebrating this monumental achievement, actor Aamir Khan extended his congratulations to the team. Through Aamir Khan Productions’ X handle, he wrote:

Directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers in collaboration with Muttamsetty Media, the film stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, who reprise their roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, respectively.
With the promise of additional “whistle-worthy moments,” the reloaded version of Pushpa 2 is expected to further elevate the cinematic experience for fans.
