Mumbai, July 6: Fans of Ranveer Singh received a special treat on the actor’s 40th birthday as he unveiled the highly anticipated first look of his upcoming action-thriller Dhurandhar. Ranveer also announced that the film will release in theatres on December 5, 2025.
Taking to Instagram, Ranveer shared the gripping first look, which showcases him in a fierce action avatar unlike anything audiences have seen from him before. The film, directed by Uri: The Surgical Strike helmer Aditya Dhar, promises a high-octane cinematic spectacle with a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal.
The two-minute and thirty-nine-second teaser highlights intense face-offs between Ranveer and his co-stars, hinting at several violent and thrilling sequences. The first look is complemented by a powerful soundtrack composed by Shashwat, featuring vocals by Jasmine Sandlas and a special collaboration with Hanumankind.
Sharing the first look, Ranveer wrote, “An Inferno will rise. Uncover the true story of The Unknown Men.” The film is produced by Aditya Dhar, Jyoti Deshpande, and Lokesh Dhar under the banners of Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
Ahead of the announcement, Ranveer deleted all his previous Instagram posts, building anticipation for the major reveal.
