Mumbai — Actors Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal were spotted together at the screening of “Mera Desh Pehle: The Untold Story Of Shri Narendra Modi,” a musical saga held at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC). The two arrived in matching black suits and posed for the paparazzi, fueling anticipation for their upcoming film, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War.
The event, which was conceptualized by writer and lyricist Manoj Muntashir, showcases the life journey of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Other notable attendees included Janhvi Kapoor, Vikrant Massey, Raveena Tandon, and Rajkumar Hirani.
A Grand Reunion on the Big Screen
The two actors, who previously shared the screen in the 2018 film Sanju, a biopic of actor Sanjay Dutt, will reunite for Love & War, which also stars Alia Bhatt. The film is a period drama where Ranbir and Vicky will play Indian Air Force pilots. According to reports, the production has been ongoing in Rajasthan for most of the year, with a massive climactic face-off between the two male leads being prepared. This sequence is being described as “one of Indian cinema’s biggest.”
Love & War is slated to be released in theaters on March 20, 2026.
In his last cinematic outing, Vicky Kaushal was seen in Chhaava, while Ranbir Kapoor’s last film was Animal. Fans are eagerly awaiting to see the two talented actors share screen space again, this time under the direction of the acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
