New Delhi [India], May 20: After a two-year wait, Rana Daggubati is set to return with the second season of the gritty crime thriller ‘Rana Naidu’, which will premiere on Netflix on June 13. The announcement was made by the streaming platform on Tuesday, accompanied by an intense new poster teasing the season’s high-stakes drama.
The show, created by Karan Anshuman and directed by Karan Anshuman, Suparn S. Varma, and Abhay Chopra, features a star-studded ensemble including Venkatesh Daggubati, Arjun Rampal, Surveen Chawla, Kriti Kharbanda, Sushant Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, and Dino Morea.
Season 1, which debuted in 2023, marked Rana Daggubati’s first on-screen collaboration with his uncle Venkatesh Daggubati. The series quickly gained international acclaim for its gripping narrative and portrayal of family conflict amid the dark underbelly of celebrity and power.
The second season promises even more explosive confrontations, intense father-son drama, and twists that delve deeper into the murky world the characters inhabit.
