Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], May 26: Veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan is proving that age is just a number with his powerful dedication to fitness. The Krrish director recently shared a glimpse of his intense workout routine, impressing fans and celebrities alike with his discipline and strength.
In the video shared on his Instagram, Roshan can be seen performing an array of rigorous exercises including boxing drills, heavy leg squats, weighted lifts, and battle rope workouts, all under the supervision of his trainer. The filmmaker executed every move with sheer passion and energy, setting an inspiring example of healthy aging.
Captioning the post, Roshan wrote, “It’s not about being healthy—it’s about feeling your best every day.”

On the professional front, Rakesh Roshan also shared exciting news regarding the much-awaited film Krrish 4. In a heartfelt Instagram post, he revealed that his son Hrithik Roshan will be directing the next installment of the beloved superhero franchise.
“Duggu, 25 years back I launched you as an actor, and today after 25 years you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers—Aditya Chopra & myself—to take forward our most ambitious film #Krrish4,” he wrote.
#Krrish4 will be produced by Yash Raj Films (YRF) in collaboration with Rakesh Roshan. Expressing his excitement, Roshan added, “It brings me so much joy to see someone like Adi as the producer of Krrish 4. It was he who convinced Hrithik to sit in the director’s chair.”
He further stated, “Hrithik and Adi coming together as a producer-director pair with me behind them is a rare and deliciously creative combination! I’m sure they will turn Krrish 4 into a theatrical experience that has never been made in India.”
Production for Krrish 4 is set to begin early next year, with more details expected soon.
