Mumbai (Maharashtra), July 10: Actor and dancer Raghav Juyal has officially joined the cast of ‘The Paradise’, director Srikanth Odela’s upcoming action thriller starring Nani in the lead. The announcement, made by SLV Cinemas on Juyal’s birthday, promises a surprising and intense character arc for the rising actor.
“Team #TheParadise wishes the talented @TheRaghav_Juyal a very Happy Birthday. We are welcoming him in a role that will be unique and will take everyone by surprise,” the studio posted on social media.
🔥 Raghav’s Role and Casting
Director Srikanth Odela revealed that Juyal was cast in the film after his menacing performance in the action-packed ‘Kill’, which impressed the team.
“We initially imagined a lean guy with a thick mustache for this ruthless role. But after watching ‘Kill,’ Raghav’s raw intensity completely won us over,” Odela said, as quoted by Variety.
Raghav has been receiving critical acclaim for taking on serious roles, with standout performances in ‘Kill’ (screened at the Toronto International Film Festival) and the ZEE5 thriller series ‘Gyaarah Gyaarah.’

‘The Paradise’ explores the plight of a marginalised tribal community fighting for their rights and dignity. When a new leader rises from within, the community launches a resistance against long-standing oppression.
Filming began on June 21, and a first-look photo of Nani as Dhagad has already been released. The image shows him in green leather shoes and a distinctive anklet, with the caption:

Nani, last seen in ‘HIT: The Third Case (HIT 3)’, played Arjun Sarkaar, a hard-edged cop. The film released on May 1, 2025, across five languages and was backed by his home banner, Wall Poster Cinema.
‘The Paradise’ marks a reunion for Nani and Srikanth Odela after their successful collaboration on ‘Dasara’, and is expected to be a major release in 2026.
