New Delhi, July 17: Bangalore-based deep-tech startup QpiAI has raised $32 million (INR 279 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Avataar Ventures and the National Quantum Mission (NQM) of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The round also saw participation from existing and new global investors.
QpiAI, founded by Dr. Nagendra Nagaraja (ex-Nvidia, Qualcomm), is pioneering in Quantum Computing and Artificial Intelligence, developing a full-stack quantum platform that includes both proprietary hardware and software. The company has already delivered quantum applications in material science and drug discovery for several global enterprises.
