Prabhas Shares Heartfelt Birthday Wishes for Deepika Padukone as She Turns 39

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 5: Superstar Prabhas took to Instagram on Sunday to extend heartfelt birthday wishes to actress Deepika Padukone as she turned 39. Along with his warm message, several other celebrities also joined in to celebrate the actress’ special day.

Prabhas, known for his role in ‘Baahubali,’ shared a stunning picture of Deepika wearing a stylish dress. In his post, he praised her as an “ever-talented” actress and wished her “joy, success, and endless happiness.”

The two actors recently starred together in the blockbuster film ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ which was one of the highest-grossing Hindi films of 2024. The movie, set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD, follows the journey of Bhairava, a bounty hunter, as he navigates a world engulfed by darkness and environmental destruction. The film is the first installment in the Kalki Cinematic Universe, also starring Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani.

Actress Rakul Preet Singh also shared her warm wishes for Deepika on Instagram. Posting a picture of the ‘Chennai Express’ star, Rakul wrote, “Happy Birthday, Deepika! Wishing you a year filled with love, laughter, and countless beautiful moments. May this special day bring you all the joy you deserve, and may the year ahead be even more amazing than the last.”

On the work front, Deepika was recently seen alongside her husband, Ranveer Singh, in Rohit Shetty’s cop drama, ‘Singham Again,’ where she plays the fierce character Shakti Shetty, aka Lady Singham. The film also features Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff, and Akshay Kumar.

Deepika’s upcoming projects include the Hindi remake of the 2015 Hollywood film The Intern, in which she will share screen space with megastar Amitabh Bachchan. The duo has previously worked together in films like Kalki 2898 AD, Piku, and Aarakshan.
