New Delhi [India], June 9: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday called on citizens to participate in a nationwide survey through the NaMo App, seeking public feedback on India’s growth journey over the past 11 years.
In a post on social media platform X, PM Modi encouraged people to take part in the ‘Jan Man Survey’, stating,
“Your views matter the most! Take part in this survey on the NaMo App and let us know how you view India’s growth journey over the last 11 years. #11YearsOfSeva.”
The survey marks the completion of 11 years of the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre. Prime Minister Modi first assumed office on May 26, 2014, and was sworn in for a third consecutive term on June 9, 2024.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, BJP President and Union Minister JP Nadda also addressed a press conference, highlighting the government’s achievements and transformative reforms under PM Modi’s leadership.
“PM Modi has changed the political culture of the country by ushering in a politics of performance, accountability, and good governance,” said Nadda. “Eleven years ago, Indian politics was driven by appeasement and vote bank considerations. Today, it’s about report cards and results.”
He further emphasized that the current government has been bold in its decision-making and has delivered economic discipline and effective governance. Noteworthy legislative and policy measures include the abrogation of Article 370, abolition of Triple Talaq, the Waqf Amendment Act, and the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
Marking the occasion, the government has also released a detailed e-book outlining achievements across various sectors during the Modi government’s 11-year tenure.
