Bikaner (Rajasthan), May 22 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his first public address after Operation Sindoor, issued a stern warning to Pakistan, stating that its Rahim Yar Khan airbase is now “in ICU” following India’s decisive military action. Speaking at a rally in Bikaner, Rajasthan, the Prime Minister declared that India’s new strategy is built on strength, justice, and deterrence, not revenge.
“When I came from Delhi to here, I landed in Bikaner’s Nal Airport. Pakistan had attempted to target this base too, but failed. Meanwhile, their Rahim Yar Khan airbase is in ICU – it has been destroyed by our forces,” said PM Modi.
He referenced his earlier address in Churu, reiterating his commitment to the nation:
“Swear by this soil, I will not let the country fall, I will not let the country bow.”
PM Modi said those who dared to attack India have now paid a heavy price.
“Those who tried to erase the sacred sindoor have been reduced to dust. Those who shed Indian blood are buried under rubble,” he asserted.
He emphasized that Operation Sindoor was a manifestation of India’s resolve and strength, not an act of retaliation.
“This is not a game of revenge, this is a new form of justice. This is India’s Raudra Roop – the fierce form of a new India,” he said.
Declaring a firm policy stance, he added:
“There will be no trade, no talks with Pakistan – only talks on PoK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir). Pakistan must understand: now, Modi stands tall with Mother India’s blessing. The blood in my veins is no longer blood, it’s burning sindoor.”
He warned that Pakistan’s military and economy will bear the cost of every terrorist attack on India.
“This is not just a reaction – it’s a declaration. Every act of terror will be avenged economically and militarily. Pakistan will not receive even a single drop of water from India’s share if it continues to support terrorism.”
Referring to the Indus Water Treaty suspension following the Pahalgam terror attack, PM Modi concluded:
“Pakistan will pay with every last penny. The world should know – the days of shedding Indian blood without consequences are over.”
PM Modi’s rally in Bikaner came amid surging national support for Operation Sindoor, with the government reiterating its position of zero tolerance towards terrorism and a proactive national defense doctrine.
