New Delhi [India], March 1: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday addressed the NXT Conclave 2025, underscoring India’s growing global influence and its ability to efficiently organize large-scale events like the Maha Kumbh. He emphasized that India is constantly making headlines with positive news and there is no need to “manufacture” it, as new records are being set every day.
“People from the entire world want to come to India. Today, India is a country where positive news is being created every day. There is no need to ‘manufacture’ news here. Every day, new records are being created. On February 26, Maha Kumbh of Unity concluded in Prayagraj. The world is amazed by how it is possible for crores of people to gather in a temporary city by the river for a holy dip. The world is witnessing India’s organizing and innovative skills. The world wants to know India in detail,” PM Modi remarked.
The Maha Kumbh 2025, which concluded on February 26 during the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri, was a monumental event marked by spiritual unity and divine energy. Over 66 crore devotees participated in the event, bathing in the holy Triveni in Prayagraj from January 13 to February 26.
PM Modi also shared insights from his recent visit to the AI Summit in France, where India co-hosted the event. “India is now leading many global summits. At the AI Summit in France, we co-hosted discussions that will drive global progress. It is now India’s turn to host the next AI Summit. We successfully hosted the G20 Summit and introduced the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEEC) to the world. India also gave a voice to the Global South by inducting the African Union into the G20…For us, island nations are a priority,” he said.
Highlighting the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI), PM Modi stated that AI can transform millions of lives, especially in fields such as health, education, and agriculture. He also confirmed India’s offer to host the next AI Summit.
