On Tuesday, the day following the match’s conclusion, Cummins was spotted enjoying quality time with his wife Rebecca Jane Cummins and their son Albie. The family took some scenic moments to unwind, with Rebecca sharing glimpses of their outing on Instagram.
In one video, Pat could be seen delighting kids by showcasing his cricketing prowess, playing a casual game by the shoreside. “Can’t take him anywhere,” Rebecca joked in the caption.
She also posted a photo of their family outing, captioning it, “2025, it’s gunna be a big one!”
Cummins has been a standout performer in the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy. The Australian pacer has taken 20 wickets at an impressive average of 22.65, with best figures of 5/57. Additionally, with the bat, he has scored 149 runs at an average of 21.28, including a top score of 49.
In the recently concluded Boxing Day Test, Cummins played a pivotal role, earning the ‘Player of the Match’ title. His contributions included crucial knocks of 49 and 41, helping set a daunting target of 340 runs for India. With the ball, he claimed six wickets in the match, three in each innings.
