Tel Aviv (Israel): Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Saar has expressed his gratitude to Paraguay for officially recognizing Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran’s Revolutionary Guards as terrorist organizations.
In a conversation with Paraguayan Foreign Minister Reben Ramirez Lezcano, Saar emphasized the importance of Paraguay’s stance, stating:
“Both the definition of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization and the sweeping definition of Hezbollah and Hamas as such, without the artificial distinction between a ‘political arm’ and a ‘military arm,’ express a clear and noteworthy value position.”
Saar further praised Paraguay for its foreign policy, which he described as being guided by a distinct moral dimension, highlighting the country’s ability to distinguish between good and evil. He also reaffirmed that Paraguay is a true friend of Israel, adding that Israel deeply appreciates the strong friendship between the two nations.
