Baijayant Panda-Led Indian Delegation In Kuwait Sends Stern Anti-Terror Message, Highlights PM Modi’s Gulf Diplomacy

In a clear and uncompromising message against cross-border terrorism, an all-party Indian parliamentary delegation led by BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda held high-level meetings in Kuwait, warning that India will no longer remain passive in the face of Pakistan-sponsored terror and will respond decisively and with precision.

🔴 “India Will Retaliate” – Panda’s Stern Warning to Terror Backers

In a strong statement to media, Panda stated:

“We’ve tried everything—treaties, diplomacy, cricket—but we will no longer succumb to nuclear blackmail. India will retaliate. Terrorism and dialogue cannot go hand in hand.”

He added that India’s military response under Operation Sindoor was precise, justified, and backed by satellite evidence, contrasting it with Pakistan’s indiscriminate shelling that killed 19 Indian civilians.

🏛️ Meetings with Kuwaiti Leaders and Civil Society

The Indian delegation met with Kuwait’s Deputy PM and other high-level officials, emphasizing bilateral relations, India’s fight against terrorism, and the need for global cooperation.

The delegation also interacted in a traditional Diwaniya format with civil society at an event hosted by think-tank Reconnaissance Research.

🌍 Pakistan in the Crosshairs: FATF Grey List, Misinformation, and Terror Sanctions

Panda confirmed that discussions included keeping Pakistan on the FATF grey list, citing the need for coordinated global pressure:

“Pakistan harbours banned terror groups; they’ve even admitted it. Satellite imagery and public statements prove India’s claims.”

He accused Pakistan of spreading disinformation and called for trade, visa, and water restrictions as part of India’s economic pressure strategy.

🤝 Indian Diaspora: A Diplomatic Powerhouse

Panda and other MPs praised the Indian community in Kuwait, the largest and most respected immigrant group in the country.

“Under PM Modi, the diaspora has become a major diplomatic asset. The Kuwaitis see our people as highly skilled, trustworthy, and successful.”
