Pamela Anderson Says Sitting Near Seth Rogen at Golden Globes Felt ‘Yucky’, Revisits Pam & Tommy Anger

Pamela Anderson has once again spoken openly about her discomfort with actor and producer Seth Rogen, calling a moment they shared at the Golden Globes “yucky” and reigniting her criticism of the 2022 series Pam & Tommy.

In a recent conversation on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Anderson recalled feeling uneasy after being seated close to Rogen at the awards ceremony. While Rogen had a celebratory night—winning two Golden Globes for Apple TV+’s The Studio—Anderson said the proximity stirred unresolved feelings linked to the controversial Hulu series.

Rogen served as an executive producer on Pam & Tommy and also appeared in the show, which dramatised Anderson’s marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee and the theft and circulation of their private videotape. Anderson has consistently stated that the series was made without her consent or involvement.

Addressing the issue, she said, “Seth Rogen… he did Pam & Tommy without talking to me. How can someone make a TV series out of difficult times in your life? I am a living, breathing human being.” She added that being near him at the Golden Globes felt uncomfortable and brought back emotions she thought she had moved past.

Anderson also reflected on how public figures are often denied privacy, noting that deeply personal tragedies should not be treated as fair game for entertainment. She expressed hope that Rogen might one day apologise, though she added that the lack of accountability still “pissed” her off.

Since the release of Pam & Tommy, Anderson has repeatedly criticised the creators for reopening old wounds. In a 2023 interview, she described the show as “salt on the wound” and said she was still owed a public apology.

Despite these feelings, Anderson has remained busy professionally, having completed five films in the past year, and continues to speak out about consent, privacy, and the treatment of women’s stories in Hollywood.
