Candace Owens, a far-right influencer and former TPUSA employee, has made even more accusations concerning the last days of Charlie Kirk, who tragically died. Owens, who has been vocal in alleging that Kirk’s killing was tied to his changing views on Israel, has now produced claimed text messages that she believes back up her theory.
Owens posted screenshots of a supposed group conversation on Monday. She says it happened just two days before Kirk was murdered and killed on September 10th at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
What the Unverified Messages Say
The screenshots show a person named “Charlie Kirk” who is quite upset about losing a big financial backer because of political differences.
The communications that Charlie Kirk is said to have sent read:
“I just lost another big Jewish donor. $2 million a year because we won’t fire Tucker Carlson. I want to ask Candace to come.
“Jewish donors fit all the preconceptions. I can’t and won’t let you bully me like this. I had no choice but to forsake the pro-Israel cause.
It’s vital to point out that there is no outside proof that these screenshots are real or that the person who sent the texts was the founder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA).
The Running Conspiracy Theory by Owens
This new publication comes after Owens made controversial assertions that Kirk’s death was linked to his changing support for Israel. She had said before that Israeli benefactors were putting pressure on Charlie Kirk to be more pro-Israel, something she said Kirk was becoming more and more uncomfortable with.
Owens also said that Kirk was in a contentious discussion about this with Israeli donors and actor Bill Ackman. Bill Ackman, on the other hand, publicly and forcefully refuted her charges, calling them defamatory and saying that his interactions with Kirk were limited and friendly, not an “intervention.”
Owens’s statements have led to a lot of conspiracy theories on social media about why Kirk was killed. Authorities say that 22-year-old Tyler Robinson did it for political reasons.
