Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri is said to have married her long-time boyfriend, US-based businessman Tony Beig, in a private ceremony. The news, which the media had been speculating about for months, was almost verified when the actress and Beig were seen together for the first time at a big event in Mumbai.
People saw the couple together on the red carpet at an event honoring the partnership between Visit Qatar and the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center. A viral video from the event shows filmmaker Farah Khan ordering Beig to “Come stand with your wife” while they posed for photos. This caused a lot of discussion and fan reactions on social media.
The actress looked amazing in a wine-colored lehenga choli, and Beig looked great in an all-black attire. Reports say that the couple, who have been together for approximately three years, was married in secret at a fancy hotel in California in February of this year. Only close family and friends were invited to the secret event, and strict procedures were taken to make sure that no images got out.
Neither Fakhri nor Beig has made an official declaration, but pictures from the private ceremony, featuring a wedding cake with their initials, “TB and NF,” on it, were posted on social media earlier this year, which added to the rumors.
Fakhri was featured in Sajid Nadiadwala’s movie Housefull 5, which made more than ₹288 crore over the world.
