Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi Seek Blessings At Tirupati For ‘Thandel’ Success

Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh) [India]: Actors Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, along with director Chandoo Mondeti and producer Allu Aravind, visited the renowned Tirupati temple on Thursday to seek blessings from Lord Venkateswara for their latest film, Thandel, which has made a grand debut at the box office.

A massive crowd gathered at the temple, eager to catch a glimpse of the beloved stars. Dressed in traditional attire with red cloth draped around their shoulders, the team posed for pictures, adding to the celebratory atmosphere.

Naga Chaitanya on Working with Sai Pallavi

Reflecting on his collaboration with Sai Pallavi, Naga Chaitanya expressed his admiration for her on-screen presence.

“It’s been a great experience. Working with Pallavi is always a pleasure as she brings so much energy to the screen. She complements my performance in so many ways, so it has been a wonderful experience,” he told ANI.

Preparation for ‘Thandel’

Discussing his role in Thandel, Chaitanya shared insights into the physical and mental preparation required for the character.

“Preparation involved both physical and mental aspects. For the film, the physical transformation had to happen with the hair, beard, and the kind of skin tan the fishermen have. Apart from this, I had to work on the Srikakulam dialect and body language. There is a dance sequence with Sai Pallavi, so it also involved a lot of rehearsals and workshops for that,” he said.

About ‘Thandel’

Thandel tells the gripping story of fishermen who accidentally drift into Pakistani waters during one of their trips. The film, produced by Bunny Vasu under the prestigious Geetha Arts banner and presented by Allu Aravind, marks the second collaboration between Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi after their hit film Love Story.

Released on February 7, Thandel continues to draw attention for its powerful storytelling and strong performances.
