The Chief Minister, formally invited by the High Commission, delivered a heartfelt address during the ceremony. His speech reflected on the profound impact of the attacks, emphasizing the collective grief of the nation and the resilience of its people.
“There are two groups of witnesses to this tragedy—those who experienced the horror firsthand and the millions who watched the events unfold on television,” CM Yadav said.

Expressing his condolences, he paid tribute to the victims and their families, while highlighting the enduring strength of those who survived. His remarks, described in the press statement as both solemn and hopeful, sought to honor the memory of the lives lost and to reaffirm India’s resolve against terrorism.
