New York, US – July 28, 2025 – Actress Molly Gordon, known for her roles in films like ‘Life of the Party’ and ‘Good Boys’, and most recently starring in the romantic comedy ‘Oh, Hi!’, has admitted to spilling the beans about the latest season of the critically acclaimed FX series ‘The Bear’ to her ‘Oh, Hi!’ co-star Logan Lerman.
Gordon and Lerman, who headline the new film ‘Oh, Hi!’, directed by Sophie Brooks and co-written by Gordon, were discussing their recent projects when the revelation came out. “I shot my stuff for ‘The Bear’ before we shot this movie, which is crazy, because we shot it about a year ago,” Gordon explained to People.
Lerman then interjected, “You told me a little bit,” to which Gordon sheepishly responded, “Yeah. Sorry. You’re like, ‘You told me everything!'” She laughed, adding, “I can’t keep a secret.” Season 4 of Christopher Storer’s ‘The Bear’ premiered on Hulu on June 25, 2025.
‘Oh, Hi!’, which recently hit theaters, follows a man and a woman whose “first romantic weekend getaway goes awry in a most unexpected way,” according to its plot synopsis. In the film, Gordon plays Iris, who takes her new boyfriend Isaac (Lerman) hostage after he reveals he’s not interested in a serious relationship while he’s chained to a bed.
Gordon shared that Logan Lerman was her “first choice” to star opposite her in their new movie. “I’ve been a big fan of his since I saw Perks of Being a Wallflower. But I also love this movie, Shirley, that he did a couple of years ago. It’s completely underrated,” she added.
The actress also recently reflected on her experience working with both Lerman and ‘The Bear’s lead, Jeremy Allen White. “They’re both lovely,” she said at a screening of ‘Oh, Hi!’ in New York City on July 22. “They’re both lovely people, so that’s the similarity between them. But, yeah, I’m lucky. My job is easy.”
‘Oh, Hi!’ is currently playing in select theaters. ‘The Bear’ can be streamed on Hulu.
