PM Modi Visits Deekshabhoomi In Nagpur, Pays Tribute To Dr. B.R. Ambedkar

Nagpur (Maharashtra) [India]: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday visited Deekshabhoomi, the sacred site where Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar embraced Buddhism in 1956 with thousands of his followers.

🔹 PM Modi offered prayers at the Buddha statue in Deekshabhoomi and was honored by the monks with a flower bouquet and shawl.
🔹 Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and other senior leaders accompanied the Prime Minister during his visit.
🔹 PM Modi is set to address a public meeting shortly.

PM Modi Pays Tribute to RSS Founder K.B. Hedgewar

📌 Earlier in the day, PM Modi visited the RSS Smruti Mandir in Reshimbagh, Nagpur, to pay floral tribute to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) founder Keshav Baliram Hedgewar.

PM Modi’s Chhattisgarh Visit Later Today

📌 After Nagpur, PM Modi will travel to Chhattisgarh to lay the foundation stone for multiple infrastructure projects worth ₹33,700 crore in Bilaspur. These projects include power, oil and gas, rail, road, education, and housing sectors.
