Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], March 14: Fashion designer Masaba and actor Satyadeep Misra celebrated their first Holi as parents on Friday, sharing heartwarming glimpses of the joyous occasion with their daughter, Matara.
Masaba took to Instagram to share a series of pictures from their intimate Holi celebration. In the first image, the tiny feet of Matara can be seen, marking a beautiful moment. Masaba also posted a picture featuring a plate of traditional Holi delicacies, including kadhi chawal, aloo bhindi, chane, and mirch ka achaar. The celebration also included a cute snap of their pet dog, adding to the family’s festive charm.
Masaba and Satyadeep announced the arrival of their daughter Matara on October 12, 2024, with a sweet Instagram post. Masaba shared an adorable monochrome picture of Matara’s little feet and another image of a white lotus and a moon with a blue backdrop, along with the announcement: “Our very special little girl arrived on a very special day. 11.10.2024. Masaba and Satyadeep.”
Masaba’s mother, veteran actress Neena Gupta, spoke about the bond she shares with her granddaughter. She revealed that she doesn’t feel like a grandmother and instead prefers to be called by her name. “I don’t feel like a grandmother. In fact, I have told the little one not to call me naani but ‘call me Neena’,” Neena shared, showcasing the loving and informal relationship she enjoys with Matara.
