Lady Gaga Joins ‘Wednesday’ Season 2 As Guest Star; Netflix Drops First Six Minutes At Tudum 2025

Los Angeles [US], June 1: Exciting news for fans of both Lady Gaga and Netflix’s hit show Wednesday — the pop superstar is officially making a guest appearance in the upcoming second season.

During Netflix’s Tudum 2025 live event on Saturday, fans were treated to the first six minutes of Wednesday’s highly anticipated Season 2. The preview opens with Wednesday Addams (played by Jenna Ortega) tied up in a serial killer’s basement. “Who said nightmares don’t come true?” she quips, standing calmly among eerie life-size dolls. “He’s under the delusion that I’m his next victim. I’ll let him cherish that notion while I explain my predicament.”

The scene then flashes back to six weeks earlier, showing Wednesday spending her summer honing her psychic powers.

In a surprise moment during the event, the cast of Wednesday announced that Lady Gaga will guest star in the new season. While Netflix has kept details of her character under wraps, fans are already buzzing with excitement.

Adding to the thrill, Lady Gaga took the Tudum stage by storm, performing an electrifying set that included fan-favorite “Bloody Mary” and her new hit “Abracadabra.” She dramatically emerged from a vertical coffin surrounded by dancers dressed like Gomez Addams (played by Luis Guzmán) before launching into her latest single “Zombieboy” from her recently released album Mayhem, which has been widely praised as a powerful return to her pop/dance roots.

Wednesday Season 2 will be released in two parts — Part 1 premieres August 6, with Part 2 following on September 3.
