In an interview with media, the ‘Golmaal 3’ actor shared that fitness is not about training for a specific goal but rather about maintaining overall well-being.
🗣 “Well, it’s become a part of our lifestyle. Honestly, a lot of people ask me when I lift heavy weights, ‘What are you training for?’ And I say, ‘I’m not really training for anything. I’m training for myself.'”
