KTR Slams ACB Notice As “Political Vendetta”, Accuses Revanth Reddy Of Targeted Harassment In Formula E Case

Hyderabad: BRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) has accused Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy of indulging in “political vendetta” after receiving a notice from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to appear on May 28 in connection with the Formula E case.

📝 KTR Responds to ACB Notice

In a statement posted on X (formerly Twitter), KTR confirmed the notice and clarified that he had informed ACB officials in writing about a pre-planned trip to the UK and USA for various events.

“As a law-abiding citizen, I will definitely cooperate with the agencies… but this case is nothing but pure political harassment,” KTR stated.

🎯 Direct Attack on CM Revanth Reddy

KTR alleged that the timing of the notice was no coincidence, accusing CM Revanth Reddy of orchestrating it for political gain.

“Revanth Reddy swings in any direction without scruples. His thirst for political vendetta is unmatched,” he said.

Highlighting selective silence from the BJP, KTR pointed to recent developments:

“48 hours ago, his (Revanth’s) name appeared in an ED chargesheet related to the National Herald money laundering case. Yet 24 hours later, he’s seen mingling with PM Modi and BJP top brass. Not a single BJP leader has questioned him!”

💬 Harish Rao Stands in Support

Senior BRS leader T. Harish Rao backed KTR and lashed out at the Congress government in Telangana.

“Revanth Reddy’s vendetta politics is a clear sign of insecurity. Fabricated cases won’t stand in court or public opinion. We stand with KTR. Truth will prevail. Satyameva Jayate!” he posted on X.

⚖️ Political Fault Lines Deepen

The Formula E case, which pertains to alleged irregularities during the organization of the prestigious e-racing event in Hyderabad during the BRS regime, is now snowballing into a full-blown political standoff.

KTR’s remarks reflect increased friction between the BRS and the Congress-led government in Telangana, with accusations of selective targeting and administrative misuse dominating the narrative.
