The image featured a thoughtfully arranged table adorned with a vase of pink roses, a cake shaped like a miniature mannequin wearing a black gown with a pearl set, assorted chocolates, and a booklet titled The MET Gala, showcasing the event’s iconic steps on its cover.
This marks a significant moment for Kiara, who first graced the international fashion scene in 2024 at Cannes during the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema Gala Dinner. Now, as she prepares to walk the Met Gala red carpet, she joins the ranks of Indian stars like Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, and Alia Bhatt, all of whom have left a striking impression at the prestigious event.
The actress is currently expecting her first child with actor-husband Sidharth Malhotra. The couple announced the pregnancy in February 2025 with a heartwarming Instagram post featuring tiny white knitted baby socks and the caption, “The greatest gift of our lives.”
