Washington DC [US], July 7: TV personality and singer Kelly Osbourne is engaged to Slipknot musician Sid Wilson, who proposed during Ozzy Osbourne’s final Black Sabbath concert at England’s Villa Park on July 5, reported People.
A video of the heartfelt moment quickly went viral on social media, showing Wilson professing his love: “Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world… Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you. So, in front of your family and all of our friends, Kelly, will you marry me?” Kelly responded with a nod and embraced Wilson.
Kelly and Wilson’s story began in 1999 when they first met during Ozzfest, the music festival founded by her parents, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Their friendship blossomed into romance in January 2022, and later that year they welcomed a son together.
Reflecting on their journey, Kelly previously shared on Instagram, “After 23 years of friendship I can’t believe where we have ended up! You are my best friend, my soulmate and I am so deeply in love with you Sidney George Wilson.”
In May 2022, the couple announced they were expecting their first child. Their son was born later that year, and Kelly has since embraced motherhood wholeheartedly. Speaking on The Osbournes podcast in September 2023, she gushed, “He’s the best thing that ever happened to me… I just love being a mom. It is everything to me.”
